With the advent of the new year, as with every new day, or month, we’re presented with THE opportunity in which to review and revise our approach to our own health and wellness.

Entering 2021, we’re filled with hope and optimism for a better year ahead: for ourselves, our families, and our community. We took the time over the holiday period to reflect on the challenges we overcame in 2020, and with renewed optimism for a fresher start, we’re happy to let some of those struggles go.

We hope that you were able to find opportunities for growth over the past 12 months, no matter how uphill the battle seemed to be at times. Food Freedom and Mindset Coaching

Our newest provider, Jennifer Hawkins, recently joined us to offer a support system for clients looking for a personalized coaching plan. If struggles in your life have been interfering with your happiness for any length of time, and you feel like you might benefit from having someone in your life to help guide, coach, and provide you with tools that could mitigate the effects of stress, trauma, or other destructive behaviors brought about by the past 10 months, or longer, Jennifer is here to help.

Employing tried and tested techniques such as mindfulness, breathwork, cognitive-behavioral tools and more, Jennifer can assist with goal setting and resilience building for both food-related struggles or internal battles with an unhealthy mindset.

Vedic Counseling and a January Cleanse
